Leading the creative on UPS’s Instagram account is an interesting experience.
There’s certainly not a brand awareness issue; you’re likely to find one of their iconic brown vans on any street corner near you.
Working with Content Marketers, we decided to split our approach into ‘Targeted’, and ‘Trending’.
That is to say, traditionally branded pieces with real information, and… TikTok trends that might give us a little virality.

After working on the social feeds for UPS for a few months, I was asked to help concept a refresh for their brand. Working with a copywriter, we came up with two routes. ‘Open’, and ‘Make Your Move’.
Make Your Move was designed with motion graphics in mind. We gave it a modular headline structure to give it enough room to talk about all the things a career at UPS effects: your vehicle, your bank account, your wellness, your neighbourhood.
