Igniting Sanofi’s Potential

Sanofi are a French pharmaceutical company, and in 2024, they sponsored the Olympic games in Paris. Sanofi’s business is making people feel well, and we felt we should put their brilliant people front and centre. We harnessed their huge internal influencer program to explore why each individual had dedicated their career to chasing the miracles of science. We revitalised their employer brand in time for the Olympics – developing a brand new visual identity, building a new website with all the bells and whistles, and filming 6 beautiful, global, people stories.

Cordula’s story

After interviewing multiple Sanofi employees remotely, we met in person for the first time to film. The first episode took us to Frankfurt, where Cordula introduced me to the concept of stair running – which is just what it sounds like.

Denise’s story

The final episode of the six films was in Brazil, where we explored Denise’s passion for beach tennis!

While the campaign wasn’t strictly supposed to be based around sport, it did draw a nice connection to the Olympics Sanofi were promoting.

One of the best things about this piece of work was getting to know and work with so many different people. Whether working with colleagues in New York to help bring my vision of the website to life, or being mystified in multiple Sanofi offices globally by people who knew their way around a molecule or two. Digging into those people’s experiences and focussing every touchpoint around them made this a really memorable project to work on.
